Acceptance
By installing or using BrainForge ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
Future @I LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use BrainForge for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
Subscriptions
BrainForge offers a MAX subscription tier ($9.99/month or $89.99/year) via Google Play Billing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel via your Google Play account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent the Three Laws of AI safety filters
- Redistribute or resell the App or any content generated by it
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
AI Disclaimer
BrainForge's on-device AI is governed by Three Laws:
- No hallucination — the AI will not fabricate answers it is uncertain about.
- Truth over helpfulness — correct information is always preferred.
- Hard stop on uncertainty — the AI does not guess on medical, legal, or financial matters.
The AI is an educational aid only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Future @I LLC is not liable for decisions made based on AI output. Always consult a qualified professional for advice in those domains.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in BrainForge is the property of Future @I LLC or its licensors. The Gemma model is licensed under Google's Gemma Terms of Use. Your study data (flashcards, notes, etc.) belongs to you.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App for breach of these Terms without prior notice. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account in Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Future @I LLC does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Future @I LLC and its officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Future @I LLC's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the prior 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Future @I LLC and its officers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the App and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
